As per the instructions at the time of purchase , please remove the Serial Number sticker from the shaft of the stick and affix to your store receipt. The image must clearly show date of purchase and the affixed Serial Number sticker.
Please provide an image of the entire stick so that we may have a better indication of the exact location of the breakage location and overall condition of the stick.
Please provide an image of the permanent Serial Number Label embedded in the stick. This can be found on the back spine of the shaft.
